Host-Sidework (SUB)

Objectives: 1. Update host sidework and scheduling to enhance efficiency and reduce labor hours. Actions: 1. Streamline host sidework by updating it to include a “running” section for continuous tasks. 2. Remove the outdated “opening support checklist” created during Covid. 3. Standardize the in-time for opening hosts to 10am across all locations. 4. Adjust scheduling based on sidework efficiency to reduce host labor hours. Status: Post Test-Pre-Rollout (tested 7/9/24-9/3/24)
