R&M Initiative (SUB)
The R+M project is focused on improving visibility, control, and consistency of Repairs & Maintenance spend across restaurants by aligning systems, reporting, and operational ownership. It integrates ServiceChannel and RLRP reporting, standardizes category definitions (Repairs vs. Maintenance), and equips operators with tools and resources to better identify, manage, and reduce R&M costs. The initiative ultimately aims to drive smarter decision-making, increase accountability, and improve restaurant-level margin performance. Key Milestones1.
