The IWCP Smartsheet Tool Test is designed to centralize and automate the Wine Club invite performance coaching process across restaurants. The tool provides real-time visibility into team member performance, tracks progression through coaching stages, and standardizes execution using defined business rules. It reduces manual tracking and administrative burden while ensuring consistency and accountability for managers and Area Directors. The test will evaluate the tool’s effectiveness in improving Wine Club invite performance, coaching compliance, and overall operational efficiency.

Test will have to push to late May early June 3.24.26: Kick off with Migos to redevelop tool based on new business rules. There will be some significant work to change performance coaching to "1 in x stage gates" vs "time in stage" methodology 3.17.26: New business rules agreed on internally at RSC 3.4.26: agreements established; final software development moving forward
