Host-OpenTable Chit (SUB)

Objective: Implement chit printers to replace the five-card system, making it easier to share Guest preferences with servers and bartenders. Actions: 1. Install chit printers at host stands in all locations 2. Train hosts, bartenders, and servers on the use of chits/chit printers 3. Replace the five-card system with chits printed out of OpenTable, containing Guest details (e.g., preferences, special occasions). Status: Post-Test/Pre-Rollout (tested from 7/9/24-9/3/24)
