TEST: Fry Scoop and Warmer
The fry warmer and scoop test will evaluate a heat-holding station designed to maintain proper temperature and quality of fried products while providing consistent portioning via standardized scoops. This test will assess how effectively the warmer preserves product freshness and texture throughout service and whether the scoop system improves speed, accuracy, and labor efficiency in portioning.
