1.30.26 (Bryan)- Met to discuss PB dough baller equipment. Bob Davison has on order 3-4 week lead time. Goal is to get the dough baller into PB Oak Brook for Chris E and CJ L to work with. They will develop test guide materials once they are done working with the piece of equipment. OI&S will then support a test guide for PB OB to execute in the restaurant. Equipment looks like it will be delivered in April. Goal for PB OB test to start in May after CJ and Chris work with the equipment.
