TEST: CH CLEAN
CH C.L.E.A.N. is an in-house sanitation, facilities, and equipment cleaning program that standardizes how restaurants maintain clean, safe, and well-functioning kitchens. It uses checklists, tools, SOPs, job aids, and training to set clear expectations for daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning while enabling manager and field oversight. A clean kitchen protects team member and guest safety, keeps equipment functioning properly, and supports a consistently strong guest experience. Because commercial kitchens are fast-paced, cleaning must be continuous and scheduled to prevent build-up, safety risks, and time-consuming resets. Structured checklists reduce blind spots and ensure no tasks are skipped—even during busy shifts. By fully executing and validating all scheduled cleaning events, every area of the kitchen and major equipment will be detailed at least once per week, maintaining “like new” conditions and reinforcing that cleanliness is everyone’s responsibility.
