TEST: Hold and Fire

The Simphony Hold and Fire Test evaluates the use of scheduled send and hold functions in Simphony to better control ticket timing, course pacing, and kitchen flow. This project will assess whether using these tools improves coordination between front and back of house, reduces kitchen congestion, and delivers more consistent food timing and guest experience.
