Smart Safe Migration

Migrate to smart safes from traditional safes within all restaurants. Multiple smart safe options are available to align with cash volume needs by location. Various smart safe providers have been evaluated, and Loomis was identified as the appropriate partner due to their product offerings and established relationship with Bank of America. This would yield approximately $6k annually per restaurant through armored car and bank fees. Additional benefits include greater security of safe contents, reduced labor in restaurant and RSC, and daily cash visibility and provisional bank credit. Labor benefits are from individual access PINs for each team member to deposit their own funds and simpler RSC reconciliation due to information reporting. This could lead to a reduction of restaurant labor (specifically on weekends).
