TEST: Bus Station

The Bus Station & Cart Test evaluates a new front-of-house support setup by repurposing an existing side station and introducing two mobile bus carts in the bar and dining room. Each station and cart is equipped with bus tubs, enabling team members to pre-bus tables more efficiently without needing to return to the dish room after every clear. The objective is to improve service speed, increase table turn efficiency, and reduce unnecessary steps for FOH team members.
