ASSESS & ADVANCE CULINARY TRAINING - In partnership with L&D, design regional training programs with recertification processes - Ensure kitchen training is relevant and prepares our teams for best-in-class execution of our recipes (with L&D); include thoughtful collateral and supporting resources in context with our vision for the company - VIDEO SERIES: Advance/expand Videos and Demos to support training (tips, techniques, etc.) for EVERY recipe - In partnership with Culinary R&D, enhance Chef Rec activation and training process; expedite content and supporting video/collateral to the field - Certifications and/or Outside Accreditation (Certified Executive Chef program) - Supply chain partnership (Molly)
