Card Not Present Transactions
Review and update the process for Card Not Present Transactions (eg, a Guest calls to pay over the phone for another reservation). This process currently lives in the SOP-Processing Credit Cards. There may be an opportunity to use OpenTable Stripes: Stripe is OT's credit card processor that allows restaurants to manage customer payments. Restaurants will need an active Stripe account to charge guests through no-show and cancellation policies, as well as for paid experiences.
