OLO-Add Gratuity Function

OLO-Add Gratuity Function

We allow for Guests to leave gratuity for orders paid for in-restaurant. Now that all restaurants are on GratShare, we could turn on the gratuity feature in Olo. This would allow Guests paying in Olo to leave a tip. This project required updates to Olo/Website. IT and Marketing are aware and have pinged Red Foundry (because we do not use the white label, ie, out of the box solution from Olo).
